These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 388w ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "388w"). They govern all use of the 388w website accessible at https://388w.cam, including all associated services, features, content, tools and functionality offered through the platform.

388w is an online sports betting and casino platform designed to provide a transparent, secure and high-quality entertainment experience. Our platform covers sports betting — with particular depth in Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournaments — alongside a full library of casino slots, live dealer tables and instant games.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific rules or terms attached to individual promotions or game types, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 388w.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Your use of the 388w platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following points:

• Completion of the account registration process;
• Logging into an existing 388w account;
• Placing a bet or accessing any game or feature on the platform;
• Accessing the platform website for any purpose.

If you access or use the platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" refers to that person or entity.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes by email or on-platform notification where practicable.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with 388w, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law or the operator's license jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any commercial entity;
• You are not a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer or close relative of an employee, director or officer of 388w or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or terminated by 388w for breach of these Terms;
• You have not been diagnosed with or self-identified as having a gambling disorder, or have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable legislation. 388w does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

5.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required for identity verification purposes.

5.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 388w platform. Opening duplicate, multiple or related accounts — whether under your own name or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you have authorised such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 388w immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 388w accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

5.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

388w reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, upon making a withdrawal request, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the 388w cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The platform references PKR as the primary transaction currency. Familiar payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may appear in the cashier as contextual references; their presence does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with 388w. Players must confirm available deposit options in the cashier before transacting.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method held in the same name as the registered account. 388w reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are published in the cashier. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

388w applies anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures in accordance with applicable industry standards. The platform reserves the right to flag, hold, or report any transaction that appears unusual or suspicious. Deposited funds must represent lawfully earned income. Using the platform to process, transfer or conceal funds of unlawful origin is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

388w reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation receipt is issued by the platform. Bets not yet confirmed do not constitute a binding wager.

7.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and per event, as displayed on the platform at the time of placing the wager. 388w reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including retrospectively where a system error has allowed a bet to be placed outside normal parameters.

7.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds — including technical errors, data feed errors, or human input errors — 388w reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. An "obvious error" is one where it would be clear to a reasonable person that the displayed odds or market information is incorrect.

7.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, the settlement rules applicable to that event type will govern how affected bets are handled. General rules are published on the platform; specific rules for cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments and other covered sports are available in the relevant sportsbook section.

7.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between placing a bet and receiving confirmation. 388w is not liable for delays in bet acceptance caused by connectivity issues on your end.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered by 388w are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. New account bonuses are available to new registrants only; one per household, IP address and device;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and specify the games or bet types that contribute toward clearance;
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings that have not cleared wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically;
• 388w reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it suspects abuse or where circumstances require;
• Players who are identified as having exploited bonuses in a manner inconsistent with good faith recreational play — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage or systematic bonus abuse — may have bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed.

Specific promotional terms always take precedence over these general bonus conditions where there is a conflict.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388w platform:

• Opening more than one account, or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or verification information;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage on the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such instance must be reported to 388w immediately;
• Using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or for any money laundering or terrorist financing purpose;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 388w staff or other users of the platform;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the 388w platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of 388w or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any platform content without prior written consent from 388w;
• Use any data mining, scraping or extraction tools on the platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or digital service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388w, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity interruptions or data feed errors;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform, including odds, statistics or market data;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 388w's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

388w is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cool-Off Periods — temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your account and opt out of all marketing communications.

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any remaining real-money balance after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

13.2 Closure by 388w

388w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Regulatory or legal requirement;
• At our sole discretion, for any other reason we consider sufficient.

Where an account is closed due to proven fraud or Terms breach, 388w reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus balances.

388w reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered users by email or on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the 388w platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. We aim to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process outlined by the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

388w does not accept liability for costs incurred by Players in pursuing disputes through external mechanisms where the complaint has not first been submitted through the internal support process.
